How to use this calculator

Use the current market value of the property, or — for BRRRR deals — the after-repair value (ARV) once stabilized. Our DSCR cash-out uses the full appraised value with no seasoning requirement.

The outstanding principal balance on your existing mortgage. If the property is owned free-and-clear, enter $0.

Our standard DSCR cash-out maxes at 75% LTV. Below 70% LTV typically gets better pricing. Compare the 75% maximum and 65% conservative scenario to see the range.

Net cash = new loan amount minus existing loan payoff minus typical closing costs. Actual net cash at closing depends on exact loan amount quoted after underwriting and title review.
