Our story.
Quicker Home Loans was founded in 2024 in New Jersey after watching too many good investors lose good deals to lenders who couldn't — or wouldn't — look past the template. Strong rents, solid property, experienced operator, and the deal dies because the file didn't fit a conventional box. That's a broken system. We built a better one.
We built this company for investors who want pricing that actually competes — and underwriting that actually reads the scenario. On a clean file, our rates hold their own against any direct lender in the country. On a complicated file, we don't hide behind a 700-FICO gate or a rigid underwriting box.
Today we're a direct business-purpose DSCR lender funding investment property loans across 45 states. Our underwriting is built around how investors actually buy — using rental income, holding in LLCs, scaling beyond the conventional 10-property limit, and refinancing the day after rehab. We close over 95% of applications we start because our framework — the Approval Engine — is wide enough to find an angle on almost any scenario.
