DSCR HELOC / 2nd Mortgage FAQ
Both are available. We offer a traditional closed-end second mortgage (a fixed-amount installment loan with a fixed or interest-only payment) and a HELOC-style revolving line of credit with a 3-year draw period. The right choice depends on whether you need a lump sum for a specific use or ongoing access to the equity for multiple deals.
