US real estate is one of the most accessible global investment classes. Foreign nationals from any country can purchase US investment property with no requirement for citizenship, residency, or a visa.
The challenge has always been financing. Most US lenders either refuse foreign national applications entirely or require extensive US credit history that international investors don't have.
Our foreign national DSCR program solves this. The property qualifies on its own rental income. Your personal income is irrelevant to the underwriting. We verify your identity (passport), your source of funds (international bank statements), and the property's cash flow. That's it.
