Privacy Rights Request

Last updated: April 2026

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains what rights you have and how to exercise them.

Quicker Home Loans does not sell your personal information.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You are still entitled to submit a request under the other rights listed below.

Your rights

  • Right to Know - what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete - request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions, including loan-file retention requirements).
  • Right to Correct - correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to Opt-Out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not engage in either).
  • Right to Limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to Portability - receive your data in a portable format.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

How to submit a request

The fastest way is by email or phone. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, consistent with CCPA/CPRA. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, typically by matching information you provide against information already in our records.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization - for California residents, this generally means a written permission signed by you (or a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code). We may still contact you directly to verify the request before acting on it.

Exceptions

Some requests cannot be fulfilled in whole. For example, we are required by law to retain loan origination and servicing records for a period of years after payoff or denial. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why in our response.
