DSCR loan rates depend on credit score, LTV, DSCR ratio, property type, occupancy, prepayment penalty election, points buy-down, and the specific investor program. Posting a single "today's rate" online is misleading because it almost never matches what you'd actually qualify for.
Instead, we send you a scenario-specific quote within 1 business hour — based on your actual numbers. You can prequalify with a soft pull or self-reported credit; for an accurate rate we can also pull a hard credit report with your authorization.
